This Halloween pop-up brings us rides, trick or treating a beer garden for the parents. Kids will be given a special trick or treat bag and collect goodies from the on-site vendors. Kids can also create crafts and get made up at a face painting booth. Prices for unlimited carnival rides will vary by day and time or families can purchase credits per ride.

5. Arts in the Dark Halloween Parade
50,000 people are expected to lineup on Saturday along State Street to catch unique floats, puppets and creative theater companies in this one of a kind parade. Parade-goers that dress up are in for a pre-parade treat as dancing trick or treaters will be passing out treats to those in costumes.
