Hamilton is back!
Hamilton is the cultural phenomenon that reinvigorated Broadway in 2015 and brought the musical masterpiece to Chicago for a run that lasted more than 3 years. Now the show is back through December 30th.
There was a time when each day, you'd hear about a different A-List celebrity going to see Hamilton from Beyonce to Prince Harry to President Obama and Daniel Radcliffe. This of course, all fueled the fandom from fans across the globe to try and get a ticket. To this day, there's a lottery where fans can snag $10 tickets to the show, a process that's now done online, but once took over the streets of New York,

I recently saw an interview with Lin-Manuel Miranda talking about how a whole generation of theater lovers have only gotten to experience the Disney+ streaming version and have not had a chance to experience the show live in person. Yes, while the iconic Broadway cast is in the streaming version, this is a show fans need to experience in a theater.
Let's chat about this touring production. From the moment Alexander Hamilton (Pierre Jean Gonzalez) appears on the stage for the first time, the theater explodes in cheers excited to be a part of this experience. Another standout performance is Neil Haskell as King George. If you recall, King George doesn't appear much in the show, but his presence and musical numbers are absolutely iconic. Congrats to Neil for nailing this role. One thing that's noted is that the cast appears to be having a lot of fun on stage, showing the impact of this show on this and future generations. Please do yourself a favor and make sure you take this chance to see Hamilton on stage. Check the Hamilton website and app for details on the $10 Ham4Ham lottery to see this show at this unbelievable price.
